Article 4. Receipt and Completion of Order

At this stage, our company thoroughly checks the availability of all the products mentioned in your order request. Particularly:
- In case there is availability of all the products mentioned in your request within the delivery time displayed in our online store, then we will confirm you by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have stated and will include all its details. The shipment of the products will then be made according to the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
- In case there is not available any of the items you ordered and / or that a product can not be available in the delivery time listed in our online store, then the responsible employee of our company will contact you by phone or via e- mail, in order to inform you about the unavailability.
- In the event that for any reason none of the above two communications becomes possible within 10 days of the sending of your order request, then your request will be automatically canceled and you will have to send us a new request again.
Par. 3). Phone delivery
In case you choose to place your order by phone, you must know these terms and conditions. With the final registration of your order by our service department, you automatically accept all the terms and conditions.
Article 6. Shipping Order and Delivery Time
- The shipping costs of the order are adjusted depending on the weight of the package. For remote areas there is a case of additional charge for which we will inform you by phone before sending the order. For orders weighing up to 2 kg, the cost is 2.82 euros for all products shipped with ACS Courier.
- There is constant information about the progress of the order, both at the stage of preparation and at the stage of delivery in cooperation with the courier company. When sending the order from our store, you are informed via email and text message with the shipment number of the parcel and the corresponding link so that you can track your shipment in real time.
- All orders we accept in our online store are processed within 24 hours. Excludes non-working days, national and local holidays. In case of delay in the execution of the order for any reason, the company must inform the consumer of the information entered. In case of incorrect information the company bears absolutely no responsibility.
- All our parcels are sent within Greece in cooperation with ACS Courier.
- The average delivery time for northern Greece and the islands is 2 days, except in remote areas where the parcel can be delivered up to 4 days after shipment. For the rest of Greece the shipments are delivered the next day of the shipment.
- It is possible to pick up the order from the store. In case you choose to pick up your order from the store you should know that your order will be available for a period of 2 days and you can pick it up on the days and hours of operation of the physical store. In case you do not receive it, your order is automatically canceled. Payment of your order at the store upon receipt is not charged extra costs.
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events that are beyond its control. Indicatively and not restrictively, our company is not responsible for causes of delivery delays due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, strikes of means of transport or other strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company warehouses by suppliers. etc. In case of any delay, our company will make every effort to contact you with the information you have provided, in order to inform you and consult with you about the new delivery or delivery of another product.
