Article 5. Methods of Payment of Orders

In our online store, guided by your best service, we offer 3 different payment methods that you can see below.

Par. 1) Cash on delivery
You can choose to pay for your order upon receipt of the parcel as long as its value does not exceed € 250.00. COD service charges the customer at a cost of € 1.90 as long as your order does not exceed the value of € 60.00. Receipt of the order from the store is not charged at an additional cost. In case you choose to pick up your parcel from the physical store in Igoumenitsa, you will not be charged for cash on delivery.

Par. 2) Deposit in a bank account.
You can choose to pay for your order by bank transfer. Bank deposit can be made either in a branch of the respective bank of your choice, or through web banking. In case the transaction is executed within the same bank, the amount is shown immediately. In case the transaction is made by a third bank, the amount may appear up to 2 working days. During this period our company reserves the right not to send the order until the amount is seen.

  3. The bank deposit must be made within 2 days from the date of registration of the order. During this time, the order product (s) remain bound in your name. If the deposit is not made within this period, your order will be canceled automatically.
  4. In case of a bank deposit from another bank, the transfer costs are borne exclusively by the principal, ie in this case the customer.

Par 3) Credit / Debit card

Article 6. Shipping Order and Delivery Time

  3. All orders we accept in our online store are processed within 24 hours. Excludes non-working days, national and local holidays. In case of delay in the execution of the order for any reason, the company must inform the consumer of the information entered.   4. All our parcels are sent within Greece in cooperation with ACS Courier.
  5. The average delivery time for northern Greece and the islands is 2 days, except in remote areas where the parcel can be delivered up to 4 days after shipment. For the rest of Greece the shipments are delivered the next day of the shipment.
  6. It is possible to pick up the order from the store. In case you choose to pick up your order from the store you should know that your order will be available for a period of 2 days and you can pick it up on the days and hours of operation of the physical store. Article 7. Changes - Product Returns

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. The charge of the change concerns the first change of products and is charged to the customer and the cost is € 5.00. In case of a second change, the costs of returning the product to us as well as the costs of resending the new one are borne exclusively by the customer.
For returns from abroad the return costs are borne by the person making the return.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

Par. 2) Change / Return Procedure

If you wish us to send it to you with your own cooperating transport company, you should know that our company does not bear the costs of transporting the parcel and also does not bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than estimated by the cooperating courier company.

Par. 3) Change Policy 
It is clarified that the changes are always made in the initial purchase price of the product with any extra charge that arises as stated above. In case of change, if you do not find a product of equal or greater value than the product you want to return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, equal to the difference that arises.

Article 8. Return of Defective Products

Par. 1) Recognition of Responsibilities

Article 9. Order Cancellation

Par. 1) Possibility of Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

Article 9.1. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Par. 1) Consumer Withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the remote contract or the contract outside the commercial store without stating the reasons and without any charge other than those provided herein.

Par. 2) Company Information for the Withdrawal
Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer informs the supplier of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Article 9.2. Obligations of the Supplier in Case of Withdrawal

Par. 1) Obligations of the Supplier
The Supplier shall reimburse any payment received from the Consumer, including, where applicable, the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the Contract. The supplier shall return the money provided for in the first subparagraph using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer is not charged with costs arising from the refund. of money.

Par. 2) Exceptions
By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the supplier shall not be required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by the supplier.

Article 9.3. Obligations of the Consumer in Case of Withdrawal
